Bald on top, Longer hair in the back

How do some guys pull this look off so well? Hulk Hogan comes to mind. Also that guy from the Pawn Shop fake reality show. Seems like having a good tan works well with this look.

The guns and traps need to be off the chart. Don't even need to do legs, just wear jeans and cinch the belt really tight, and don't tuck the slack of the belt into the loops.

I'd rather go bald with the Walter White goatee. As it is, I 'm 62, have a full head of gray hair halfway down my back. Not going bald I guess.
