Dude...

First, her choice in sexual partners has NOTHING to do with the safety/effectiveness of our aircraft.

Second, this jet was deployed from Minot. Col Goodwin (the officer your shitty post alludes to) is the Wing Commander at Barksdale.

Third, even if the jet were deployed from Barksdale there is an entirely different chain of command for the guys once they get to Guam.

Care to explain why you think an aircraft propelled by jet engines isn't considered a jet?

I have been at Barksdale for 14.5 years, but have never served under her command. She is commander of 2d Bomb Wing. I am on the staff of AFGSC.

Call me what you will, just makes you look even more idiotic.

You may just be trolling, but if you're that curious you can go check my post history where I've explained what I do. But, since you appear to be a complete moron I'll save you the trouble. I'm an Instructor Radar Navigator, Weapons School graduate, with over 3,000 hours flying the BUFF and over 650 of those in combat over Iraq and Afghanistan. Right now I'm the Chief of B-52 Requirements within AFGSC.

So when you fly from barksdale to Afghan and back in one day do all those hours count as combat flight hours or have you ever been to Afghan?

We never flew from Barksdale to Afghanistan and back. When I was flying those combat sorties we were deployed to Diego Garcia.

Yes, I was deployed into Afghanistan in a non-flying role for 6 months in 2010.

No.

Now enough about me; that's not what this thread is about. I simply wanted to share news of a terrible event in my community and ask for prayers for those involved. Thankfully the crew got out safely, but they will be extremely shaken up over this. The maintainers will also be shaken up as they will be beating themselves up about what they could have done to prevent it.

Probably pilot error not a maintenance problem, as 80% of crashes are pilot error... are you holding out? What happened give us the details?

I honestly don't know. I have no better sources than what's available on the internet.

We don't know that and it doesn't matter. The maintainers truly love their aircraft and take it personally when one crashes.

No if it's pilot error then they probably won't beat them selves up at all
