Authorities searching for two Arkansas men in Louisiana animal cruelty case

Boots Stanley and Steven Sadler are reportedly being sought after a video surfaced showing the alleged abuse of a dog.
The video shows the man with a dog, and the dog has a collar with a rope around its neck. In the video, the dog is later seen on the back of a horse, and it later has its throat cut.
The two men are said to live in Arkansas, but the video shows an incident that happened in Morehouse Parish, Louisiana.Law enforcement agencies in both Arkansas and Louisiana are searching for Stanley and Sadler.
The video is still circulating on facebook and other social media sites.

There is a petition out right now asking for the maximum sentence. It would be a Clasd D Felony, which could be 45 years.
