The tourists were at The Swamp, 516 Bourbon St., police said, where they asked an unknown man to help them buy drugs. The man led the tourists, ages 23 and 21, outside the club to a waiting four-door, dark-colored sedan with another man sitting in the driver's seat. That second man drove the tourists across the river to Algiers, police said, telling them that several hundred dollars would be needed to buy the drugs they were seeking.
