My neighbors child drives around a big atv wrecklessly and unsupervised everyday in their yard and has turned their yard into a mud pit where there's no grass and is messing up the ditch which effects everyone in the neighborhood. It also is devaluing the other houses by making their yard look like junk. We are in a subdivision just outside the city limits. What can I legally do to make this stop?

That sounds annoying as frick (the constant ATV noise). Sounds like your neighbors are trashy but at least their kid isn't riding it on the street.

If this doesn't personify the "pussification of America," I'm not sure what does.

You should have lived somewhere with a HOA.

Are they tearing up the whole trailer park or just their lot? Maybe complain to the super.

Zackly. Or move where you have no neighbors. There is no middle ground here.

It may be their property, but their stupid decision is going to effect the value of surrounding houses. This is why I'm glad that my subdivision has an HOA. Kids ride their golf carts on the roads, but they aren't screwing up yards and shite.
