My friend posts ads like this in Craigslist all the time. For "office assistant" and "masseuse/housekeeper" jobs. He meets them at Starbucks for the interview.
In the past few months he has banged a 17-year-old (legal in his state), a few other 18-22-year-olds, and is "dating" a 19-year-old that he met through this ruse. He is in his 30's.
I've seen several of the chicks in person and nude pics of others, they are all thin and attractive. It blows my mind that this shite actually works.

Eh, 17 is no child and is prime marrying Agee for most of humanity. Plus the age of consent in many states is 17, (in some it's 16).
