That wasn't the issue. The issue was him, in his own words and not quoting his wife, referred to his daughter's breasts as being a "huge rack"

because i dont think its ok to spread lotion on the thighs and stomach of a teenage daughter? Areas she could clearly reach herself? MMMkay buddy

He didn't spread lotion on the inside of her thighs. You seem pretty intelligent so you should know how people exaggerate. Hell, the OP assumed they were HS age simply because they had some kinda HS T shirts on. They may be 5th graders with siblings in HS.

Point being, I doubt he saw half of what he said he did so, yeah, it's okay for a dad to put lotion in his daughter.
