Ascension parish track club

We practice at east Iberville hs. Registration is open and we take all ages. Costs are low.

All coaches have annual background checks, the team is a member in good standing with USATF and AAU.

Winning is fun and all that, but we are mainly about improvement. We can improve you from where you are to some place that is further towards where you want to be.

We do water training for injury recovery, and practices are structured different for our distance runners, sprinters, jumpers, and throwers.

You do not have to be an ascension parish resident to join. We have kids on the roster from all over the river parishes, extending down into New Orleans.
