Wow. This will not go over well. Once again, perp was acting like an idiot and ignoring the cop, but cop shouldn't have tazed him at that point. He says "turn around" and immediately tazes the guy.

"MAN CALL MY DAD"
Yeah. You're real hard brotha

I dunno what to think. Dude just started walking off while the officer was talking to him. Refused to give him his name. Honestly. How hard is it to just do what the officer asks? Whether you agree with it or not. Especially with everything going on nowadays.

Maybe the officer was a little premature with the taser. But ole boy is still alive. And so is the officer. For all we know, he could've been going inside to get a pistol. Who knows

Since when is this a crime? U.S. citizens are innocent until proven guilty and have the right to NOT incriminate themselves.

I do NOT have to provide ID nor respond to any and all questions. It is up to the authorities to investigate and obtain any and all information. If they cannot do that they have no right to impede my freedom of movement.

Actually, in both Louisiana and Arkansas it illegal to refuse to identify yourself if you have been "stopped" and have reasonable suspicion to believe the person committed a crime. No comment on the tazing , but I do know that some departments allow tazings if the suspect has been verbally non compliant.

Again, when you don't comply, you have lost control of the situation and you cede control to the police and you've got to expect a reaction, whether or not it's appropriate, there will be a reaction. So the easiest thing to do is not act like a f"£¥%ng prick and just give the guy your damn name. Wanna be an arse,,,,ride the lightning.

OK, I'll play along: I identify myself as an American Citizen with the right to remain silent

Don't see anything wrong with what the cop did. Guy wasn't compliant when being detained and was talking very aggressively towards his gf. When he just walks off like that there's no telling what he could have done.

Just keep telling yourself that, big guy. You really think it's up to them to have an investigation to find out who the frick you are? Enjoy your tazing, baw.

you are one of those SJW losers.

What is so hard about handing over your ID? Or atleast saying what your name is? Pathetic.

I do believe that "Anything I say can and will be used against me", this includes stating any identifying information. So I may be enjoying my tazing as I think of the big settlement check that will be offered on your tax burden
