I tend to get there 10 minutes early. I get extremely anxious if I'm running late.

I skipped most of my classes, showed up five minutes early for the tests.

For work meetings--I'm on time, at all times.

I learned in high school: if you're early, you're on time. If you're on time, you're late.

That's why I said I'm on time, all the time.

I learned earlier because of my anxiety, but my high school coach started practice at exactly 4pm. If you weren't out there at 345 in full pads ready to start laps/stretching at 4 you were late and would run for an hour.

I arrive when I'm asked/need to arrive. If I have a meeting at 11:30, I'm showing up at 11:30. If you want me to come at 11:20, schedule me for 11:20. I prefer people to wait on me, not the other way around.

Walk in right before it starts unless it's something overly important.

What if you're trying to get there at 1130 but you get stuck in traffic and end up there at 1140?

If that is a potential issue, I plan to arrive early and post on my phone in my truck until I need to be there.

How can you predict that though?

You can't predict an accident which slows traffic down.
