These are world records for that particular weight class. Elite strength for a female. Average strength for a male.

The males in my family average about 6 inches taller than the females. I would think this is typical.

I work in a male dominated industry and sometimes I have to go toe to toe with men double my size. I’m not ugly but I do stand my ground.

I saw an article one time about a 220 lb. girl playing on the line for a high school football team in California. That blows my mind.
