I know right? Only had four holes in it, which was easily fixed with some duct tape.

Don't care what others think about recliners. Have two in the den and one in my bedroom. Had two more before these three.

They're out of style in most places. But you have another 5 years or so before they go out do style in MS.

YOU are out of style.

Holy God, man...stop watching History Channel and turn on something from this decade so you can see what's new these days.

I've had mine going on 25 years. Probable fell asleep as often in it as my bed. Refused to let my wife replace it. Better than a sleeping pill

The decorator types have been appalled by them forever, but screw them. I'm always gonna have one.

Like a boss this chair.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

And in before the carpet/drapes not matching.

The wealthiest people I know have some muted form of Lazy Boys at their primary residences.

Modern lazyboys are pieces of shite, but a well made, comfortable recliner never goes out of style.

My wife hates them, I don't know if that makes them out of style. We had two for our LSU room that looked good enough to her (not big fluffy ones, nice leather) and when we decided on new furniture we ended up sending one to our camp and my cousin took the other. Replaced it with a big chair and big ottoman. Terrible for use and to keep clean (can't put your feet on the ottoman if you have shoes on because it gets so dirty. Ended up taking the recliner back from the camp.

At some point, function has to come into play.
