I don't know that there's a fat-tattoo correlation.
I think it also depends on where you are. I recently spent some time in LA visiting a friend and it seems like everyone out there has a tattoo. Smoking hot chicks with tattoos on their arms driving down Rodeo in a nice ride. They aren't poor and they don't necessarily look or act trashy... they just have a couple/few tats.
It's kind of odd compared to the south where your typical southern belle isn't going to get tats on her forearms.

I have 2 myself, and just about everyone I see in the gym has at least one. Well, except for the old fat people on the treadmills and elliptical machines.
But I do kind of agree. You can't see my tattoos, unless I'm in a tank top. The people that have the full sleeves, neck or leg tattoos tend to be more on the trashy side. But to each their own, and they really dgaf what other people think anyway.

What is it with you little Mary's on this site that need to start a "Tattoos are trashy" thread every week. Is your self-esteem really that low? You know it's ok if you don't have any, We don't think any less of you. But I got to be honest, we really don't GSF what you think of us, Your ignorance nullifies your opinion.
You'd have to be really stupid or sheltered to actually not see the diversity of people who have tattoos these days.

I consider tattoos to be the biblical "mark of the beast."
