I like the stairclimbers much better.

Feel like I get a better workout on them and it helps me build up cardio endurance for when I go hiking.

I love doing it to train for hiking as well. Works great.

It's funny watching people doing it with all of their weight supported by their arms holding the handrail.

I would have to switch gyms then. What gym doesn't have a stepclimber.

I never use the elliptical...stairclimber, rowing machine and stationary bikes (and spin class)are my cardio at the gym.

ellipticals

They kept me from jumping off a bridge when injured, so I say they have there place in exercise. JMO

To me nothing about a treadmill is natural either. The treadmill kills my knees and back, but I am ok when actually jogging.

It's better than running around in a circle on the helipad.

Nah I love this Snap, so much room in the free weight area and a ton of machines even during busy times

IMHO, it isn't working if you aren't sweating

No stairclimber no care

I did a full hour legs workout and 30 minutes on the stairclimber yesterday. And I'm still in "getting back into it" mode so maybe that was a bad idea cause my calf muscles hate me right now
