Apparently you dont need to be handicapped to get a handicap parking tag

Why is that everyone I notice parked "up front" never seem to have any type of disability.

My mother in law had a lung transplant and needs one.
But she doesn't appear to have a disability some days. Some days she hops on a motorized cart.
Never know.

They may have some type of heart condition, etc., that allows them to get a handicapped tag. Just because they don't limp or have a wheelchair doesn't mean their not handicapped.

This! I've contended that morbidly obese people should have special tags that require them to park in designated spots furthest from the front of the store. All the SJWs would go crazy, but a lot of these people feed off the government and their lone bout of exercise is getting up to drop a deuce.
