What part of Nov.? I have heard that from Thanksgiving to Christmas is the "dead period" in Vegas and you can get some pretty good deals.

LSU Nurse...or anyone who has been there.

If I go to Sedona in early November, would some of the water on the hikes, waterfalls etc. be too cold to get in? If I go somewhere like this I would hate to not be able to jump in some of those places!

Going to Denver in the fall seems like it would be in between the good seasons to visit. And Rocky Mountain national park in a convertible? You would freeze!

San Fran is somewhere you gotta see. And you could drive to napa for wine tastings.. It's only an hour away or so. Never been to San Diego but it's supposed to be awesome. You gotta consider the weather when you are going in November.

Well with the average highs in the mid 60s and lows in the 40s.....I would think it would be kinda cold to jump in. I don't really know of many places where you want to jump in the water. Slide rock would be one.....but only during summer months. Many of the water I saw on trails out there is shallow creeks anyways.
