Anytime Fitness BR - Thoughts on Atmosphere, Price, Experience?

There are a few locations in BR and I was thinking about joining back, although the one I was a member of before was in another city.

I'm trying to find out how much it costs and determine if these locations are worth it.

I would probably use the one on Jefferson and downtown only.

It's no Powerhouse Gym.

So it has that going for it

I was a member at the one on highland. Contract just expired. $50 a month and friendly staff. Had most of the equipment you need. Could get busy during peak times as it only had one bench. I'll be going to definitions since it's cheaper

Jefferson Anytime is very nice. JC, the owner, is a really nice guy and would appreciate your business.

$50 a month? Is that for the whole family? A lot for an individual membership.

I'm paying $55 a month for my fiancee and I. There are a bunch of companies they have contracts with to give discounts. Just tell them you're a state worker. No one asked me for any proof, although I am one.

Well I was told that I was getting the student discount. That's partly the reason I'm leaving because I found out other people were playing less than me

Most Anytime gyms are small and have overpriced memberships compared to other gyms in my area.
