Not really in the French Quarter but I'm sure it's cheap. Hotel.com has it as a 1 star hotel. I would recommend taking an Uber back at night.

Disgusting. The department of health has been notified as well as the better business bureau. The conditions here are like nothing I have ever seen before. Run in the opposite direction for your own health and safety.

Stayed there before Katrina figured it would shut down afterwards. It is a dump. I stayed there in 2000. You had to give the room key to the front desk every time you left the building. Maybe so the hookers coukd use the room while your out. Surprised Hotels.com allows them on their site. The old Ambassador was a step up but not much. If you get a room for $50 and free parking something might be wrong.

don't know that I have ever seen a "1-star" hotel...
