Ok Friends and Supporters of FunTime USA, I have a request. Thursday May 26th at 4:30pm, at the Council Chambers at City Hall in Gulfport, our case is being heard again. This time around we are not asking for a zoning change. All we need the Planning Commission to do tomorrow is to give permission, for us to use our property for something it is legally zoned for. Once we get that permission, we can move forward. We have adjusted our plans by adding an additional 2.6 acres of property immediately west of our property. This has allowed us to maintain the 'Buffer Zone' on our Eastern boarder that the Georgia Place neighbors have requested.
From my understanding, the Georgia Place Residents are planning to be at the hearing in full force to once again to try and stop this developement. (Although they didnt bother to visit with us on Monday, to learn how we have addressed their concerns.) It has been suggested to me that we need to have some supporters of our own at this meeting.
I know this is short notice, but if you can make it tomorrow, I would appreciate it. It would be greatly helpful if some residents of Gulfport Ward 2 could be there and speak in support of our project. Beyond that, I believe anyone from Gulfport who supports our project, coming to show support for FunTime USA, would be a great thing.
Help Us to make this dream come true.
Sincerely,
-Rafe O'Neal

We went to Biloxi multiple times a year, and my mom and sisters (no pics) "lived there" for the month of July every year too.
And yes we went on regular vacations too.

That place closed about two years after I moved to Houma. I only got to bring my little one there once.

Used to always stay at the Hilton. They had a bar in the pool which I thought was cool.
