I don't have a Zyppah but I use a similar mouthpiece. It definitely helped, but it seemed to get less effective over time. I think it slowly loses it's form since you mold it to a position that makes your bottom teeth stick out more than their natural position, thus opening up your airway when you sleep. Mine was only $70 for 2 of them.
