Anyone know what's going on at Hobby Airport today

Two private jets clipped and almost full on collided.
Ground stop
Southwest is pissed
This could have been a major disaster.
N269AA’s left wing struck the tail of N510HM
269 was took off without permission to the SW while 510 was landing to the SE. 510 barely got off the runway before a fuselage collision. 510 has a hole ripped out of the tail. 269 clipped off its left winglet and took off and immediately returned.

Getting lots of diversions to AUS and the weather is nasty so it's gonna be a mess.
EDIT: Also, those Qatar, Japan Airlines, and British Airways flights to Hobby are all AA codeshares
