A sub contractor with a flare for high fashion and sexy facial hair.

Not uncommon.

They're only one of the top builders in the nation and are home grown from Denham Springs.

I need to come up with a gimmick to remember the name DSLD.

Dat Slab Looks Dickbroke. whatever. If I need a manufactured-home look-alike built on a slab with no landscaping next to 500 homes that all look exactly the same in a neighborhood with no sidewalks or trees in the shittiest tract of land in the parish, I'll call you.

TigahRag, I had a few things done all at once.

The pool/spa/kitchen are the larger things that are easily seen, but they count for about 2/3 of the total cost involved.

When you throw in the fence (I didn't cheat on this), drainage, irrigation, landscaping, lighting, electrical, audio/video (pre wired during building phase), mosquito misting system, furniture, gas lines and lanterns, pool heater, fire pit, and all other incidentals, it came in around $175k.

I will say this--I use it everyday, even in winter. I light the fire pit and have my daily cigar while farting around on TD

I may not be in the pool or spa everyday, but I use the hell out of the kitchen and outdoor space. College game day has been taken to a new level!!

Dude I don't have any skin in this game. Just saying they nailed it for the first time homeowner. They rule that price point.

It really is beautiful .. Most people posting on here didn't pay $175K for their homes (IRL dollars .. OT dollars ramp that up to $425K), let alone a pool .. that's a nice investment.

No problem man. I'm just NOT a fan of the homes or the neighborhoods. It's not personal.

Hit that stainless garbage can with some WD40 and don't wipe it off - it will get rid of that lite rust on the exterior.

Yeah, I know. I've been meaning to do exactly that, but I get sidetracked every time I go outside and forget to do it
