Anyone know of a place in BR area that might be interested in VCR/DVD player parts?

I have several old electronic devices that I can't fix and want to get rid of, such as VCR's, DVD players, and one dual cassette deck. I know that there are places where I can take them to be recycled, which is Plan B.

Plan A is to see if anyone knows of places that might want the parts to these devices, like electronic stores, etc.
