Just saw that over on the Reddit thread. I guess that means more delays?

Now I guess things are starting Wednesday per the county website. However, I’m not sure. Any lawyers on here familiar with the trial process? I think he’s bought as much time as he can now we will see who has laid out the best case.

finally some substantive updates. I wouldn't call these developments great for the prosecution, but they can still sift through the claims made in here and sort them out as fact and fiction.

This is a perfect example of how this story unfolds so strangely. This article references a 911 call from Stephanie from INSIDE their apt as people were trying to get in? This is the first I've heard of anything like that....

hoping the fact that he came out of his apartment with a knife and after killing Shannon he went back and washed it with soap is enough to find him guilty. But it won't be because Chris Flood only got jurors who fit his questionnaire and can empathize with Huntley. Also hoping the fact the prosecution offered him 20 years to plea guilty to manslaughter means they have a good case.

It entirely depends when she made it. If she made it after Huntley stabbed him and retreated to the apartment, and Shannon's friends tried to beat down the door in response, that call means next to nothing. Likewise, the deceased's friends getting "aggressive" in response to the cops telling them he was dead means nothing.

Yep. I also had never heard that either -- which is no small detail. Another crazy note is that the victim had apparently been in and out of jail and rehab for like heroin and meth.
