Anyone have Cox for business? Re 36 month agreement

Anyone on here have cox for business? They want a 3 yr commit and in just not ready to lock into a 36 month 200 a month commitment. Anyone have luck shortening the agreement?

Screw locking in for 36 months. Data bandwidth is a commodity and the price is coming down. Tell them a year. I have heard their support for business lines is not particularly great.

My only other option is ATT and its horrible I had it for 2 years , and over be last year I have been using a hotspot but it's time to get High speed.

Well I emailed the guy and he replied back with a 12 month agreement 10 more a month. Ill take it.

I signed 3 new Cox business contracts yesterday for 12 months each.
