I have a couple.....
The same guys who put in our septic system had just done Swaggart'home on Highland as well.. in the middle of the job he walked out to the site and told them they could tuck in their shirts and cut their hair or leave his property immediately. They needed the work so they took out their pocket knives and cut their hair then tucked in their shirts....and finished the job.
Same deal with his pool. We used the same company. They said his wife, Frances, wanted the pool ripped out when it was finished because she just didn't like something about it. I was told he could heat up the hot tub from his plane..big deal in the mid 80 's. The pool guy said it was the most elaborate pool he had ever built and refused to rip it out and rebuild it. So Frances had another company do it......nice, simple folks...eh?

One time I drove over that pedestrian bridge in my car. Was promptly met by his private security on the other side. Also me and a friend took some girls up to the top of one of the unfinished buildings at night. Fantastic view.

Uh. Yes it is......was the topic of many conversations in our newly formed subdivision in 85....
It used to make me sick to pass his home on Highland and see dirt poor people standing on their cars trying to get a glimpse of the manipulative liar over his big ole fence....probably just mailed him their last penny. It was disgusting ...

College GF's family were members before/during his fall from grace. Great people who were pretty broken by all the shite. They recovered well but was a testament to me of the true shitty effects of that piece of shite.

Yep he is one of the best. He has made millions off the backs of low income uneducated people tax free. There is a special place in hell for Swaggart.
