Another year and I still don't find it appealing. I just hate huge crowds like that and don't see anything that's worth it this year. Anyone else going to go? If so, what deal are you going to take advantage of?

i have never done black friday. But I will be with my teenage nieces so I wouldn't be surprised if they want to go to the mall. I will likely stay home and watch football or get drunk or something.

The past few years I haven't really found any deals that are worth missing Thanksgiving or braving the crowds on Friday for.

The tvs are usually outdated and the other stuff I don't want or don't have a need for.

In Missouri it's known as Absence Of Light Friday

i have to say one of my favorite bonding experiences with my kids was being at my mom's house during thanksgiving one year in monroe and driving down louisville to game stop and walmart around midnight and watching the carnage

we didnt end up buying anything but it was actually a blast to walk around those places..the kids were ready to get out of the house and it was quite humorous watching those "hands touching the merchandise" people all over walmart waiting for the midnight cattle call so they could play 'musical 38" flat screens' with the end cap stack.

in monroe

i would imagine the highlight of going to monroe is visiting wal-mart regardless the time of year.

I don't really think I will bond with them over that, especially with grandma and my wife there.

who says you can't buy love? You can from a 15 year old girl. All it takes is $50.

Um, I think that's illegal even in Nevada.

That's one idea for ruining a teen's life at least...
