Anyone get the email from the NFL bringing back celebrations?

Awesome regarding the celebrations, but just reading the email made me feel dumber. He had to break down each type of touchdown celebration

Just as NFL teams use the offseason to get better, at the league we use this time to listen to players, coaches, officials and fans about how we can continue to improve our great game.
