Anyone Flying Today?

Been one of the worst traveling days I can remember with the rain and the holiday. Just touched down in Atlanta 3 hours late and this place is mobbed at 11:30 PM. Loooot of people sleeping on the floor tonight.

I feel for you, man...
I actually changed jobs just to reduce the need for air travel...I can't think of a more unpleasant mode of travel...

No but I got called crazy by my sisters for driving 14 hours this weekend instead of flying to Chicago. I'm in my recliner and them bitches are still in Atlanta.

flew from nola to houston earlier. flight was delayed about 4 hours because our plane had diverted to avoid storms.

Air traffic to ATL was a shite show this evening. Arrivals were holding as far north as northern Kentucky.

I had this happen at work a couple of weeks ago...I got fricked with by a bunch of folks in a meeting because I had chosen to drive about 6 hours instead of flying...
they all got hung up at the airport due to bad weather, so I texted them when I got home to let them know that I was relaxing in my recliner while they were all still sitting in the airport...

Same here. 9-10 hours is usually my cut off. Depending on the amount of time I will be staying of course.
