All I know about bell mechanical is they came out three times to fix a problem under warranty. Came out twice to diagnose the same problem, but dude forgot his laptop so it never got logged or whatever.
Then they had to order a part the third time, part was ordered told it was in and have never heard from them again. Had to reschedule appointment, and that was the last we heard from them.
Never never never ever will I use or recommend bell mechanical for anything.
ETA: It was a warranty claim, I'm sure they're better if you are actually paying them.

They have someone manning the phone and a weekend person on call. If you call first thing tomorrow it will probably be late tomorrow getting them out bc of the time of year. Peak season.
