Where was the pinch located? Common places are C-5-C-7 area. Have you ever seen a doc for this issue?

Have you ever tried a traction machine? There are some home traction devices that you can do at home 2 twice a day for 15 minutes each time.

Also, you may want to ask for a drug called Neurontin which helps the nerve burning and the pain that radiates down your arms. Also a muscle relaxer such as Flexoril and a anti inflammatory such as Celebrx.

I had one after a separated collar bone. The doc said I didn't need surgery and it only hurts if I sleep on my shoulder wrong.

It's likely not a "pinched nerve"

It's probably a facet joint in your cervical spine that has a pinched joint capsule. Go find a certified manual physical therapist. It's really easy to treat. Until you see someone nsaids and moist heat help a good bit.

this!

more than likely a series of facet injections will help. If its gets worse then you may end having get a epidural if it is a pinch

I watched a YouTube video and yes I believe it's just to the left of this area.

And no. Never been to a doctor.

Anyone ever have a lingering pinched nerve in the neck? No. A physical therapist The neurosurgeon I used to work for never recommended chiropractors. He said they could cause more damage

But neither PT or surgery can cause damage?
