Drink 2 tsp in herbal tea about 3x per day.

And what does it do to your esophagus on the way down? People with GERD are at an increased risk for esophageal cancer due to the routine exposure of the esophageal mucosa to acidity. Pouring more acid on top seems to be compounding the problem. I'd like to know the mechanism of action for how vinegar reduces acid reflux. Sounds like BS. Just because you don't feel the burn doesn't mean the GE sphincter isn't allowing acid back into the esophagus.

1 shot of apple cider vinegar ended my heartburn for 6 years...

Took another shot when it came back...2 years later no issues
