It literally has not stopped thundering for 15 minutes..just 1 continuous thunder

It started about 15 minutes ago here (Jefferson by Essen). It's not raining hard yet, but lightning is striking about every 5 seconds and constant thunder.
My phone is blowing up with severe thunderstorm alerts. I'm glad I made it home before it started. I'm sure the roads will be a cluster frick soon.

Hats off to the people on the roads at the moment.
Also I didn't know this are had this many fire trucks in this part of town. At least 8 have gone by in the last 15 min

I was driving down Perkins and just had to pull into Perkins Rowe it is so bad. Still waiting it out. The wind has let up a good bit but there's still a ton of lightning and thunder. Could have sworn BWW was hit hard ten minutes ago.
