Was about to go to sleep, got a text school was canceled, then walked outside and saw 2-3 inches of snow on the ground

Thats not good. The few cars I've seen looked like they were struggling. I think we're getting more than 4 inches

I'm in Oxford. Hasn't got here yet, but local news said 3-5 inches. Weather.com says 4-6 inches. We shall see.

Got about 3-4 inches on the ground here presently but it is tapering off. Getting up in the mid 40 degree range should help get rid of it.

Still Have few feet still from last week, 2 days ago wind chill was at -30, yesterday was very nice at 10 degrees

Damn. The coldest weather I've ever been in was back in '73 in Kansas. For three nights it got down to -10 with a -36 wind chill. Was staying with a guy's grandparents on their farm. This is the only time in my life that I can remember that when going to bed, all I took off were my boots and coat. The rest, three layers of clothing, stayed on.
