I don't poop in public restrooms and I prefer to pee in the handicap stall. I only go to the other stall if I have no other choice.

LOL, you are using the dirtiest stall available because so many people like you do the same thing.
As mentioned, the first stall you come to is usually the cleanest because for some reason folks don't want other to see their shoes while they poop.

I guess it's the balancing between how clean the shitter is and the increased amount of space you get in the stall. I think it's a good trade off
