The back part of Delgado had been out all day they fixed it about 8. Then I got a call about 9 that my dad heard a transformer go and the whole neighborhood was out.

part of the garden district was out too. My friend that works for Entergy said that it happens when the wind knocks down a limb and then hits two lines thus causing a surge which trips the main line. In other words stop being a pussy bitch and crack open a cold one.
