Going by your username (p&g) I'm guessing you may work at Proctor & Gamble? If you do, there is a guy that works there that does a lot of handyman work on his days off. I think he works where they fill the pods... last name Tam.

Exactly. I let my wife have it last yesterday. She hired some guy off the street for $100 to power wash our pool deck.
He came and left several times during the day and barely did a quarter of the deck. I made it clear that we don't hire unknowns off the street for work. I could have done the whole deck in an hour.
You get what you pay for. I'd much rather have reputable and pay more every time.

1- I don’t paint houses. I gave a guy paint advice on here like 3 years ago. I have a commercial painting business and mainly do parking lot striping aka where the real money is. Very nice of rogerthepsycho to remember that little anecdote however.
