Had my annual physical yesterday and got the doc to test for low-T. It came back right on the cut of normal/low and he wants to test again.

Anybody else had this and had success with treatment?

It's all bullshite. Dr just wants to write script because he's either banging the pharma rep or gets a kickback.

Eat healthy. Work out. Have sex.

You're making the amount of testosterone you're supposed to have for your age most probably. Not to mention, one blood test is just a snap shot which doesn't tell the whole story. It's like taking a picture of tiger stadium at 10am when kickoff isn't until 6:00pm and saying we have low attendance to games.

Have you had a lot of other health problems, or are you just looking for the doctor to tell you that you don't have to get old?

No real health issues that I'm aware of. Mid 30's healthy height/weight regular exercise. Some health anxiety issues as of late which is what prompted me to ask about Low T when I read an article that Low T can lead to depression like feelings and increased worry.

Low T meant I needed to "manipulate the peen" more often, so I do.

Just don't Google "low testosterone" for any answers or you'll get SPAM from every boner pill site known to man.

This post is bullshite.

Those things may increase your testosterone a little bit, but if your body isn't producing enough of it, it's a medically diagnosed problem.

Testosterone shots would probably make you feel better.. A lot better. But you need to know what you're getting into first.

When you start getting shots, your body stops producing testosterone. This means your testicals lose function and your balls shrink. Also, it can be hard to conceive when you are on TRT, and if you want to make a baby you may need to stop taking it. This may or may not be of concern for you.

And once you start TRT, you are on it for life. I mean you can stop, but you'll return to where you were before or probably even lower levels since your body isn't producing it any more.

Low-T is the adult ADD. Eat natural unprocessed foods, lift heavy shite every day and tell the doctor and bigpharma to shove their chemicals up their arse.
