I tried and when I threatened to cancel they told me "Have fun listening to Bobby and Deke!".

After I started crying, they doubled my rates.

Just got off the phone and immediately got 12 months for $98, thought about pushing for more but just said whatever. Probably will next time

I've never "threatened" to cancel or demanded anything. I called them a few months back and explained my situation; I don't drive nearly as much as I used to and the yearly rate was too expensive to justify keeping. Asked if there was any way they could reduce the cost as if like to keep the service. The hooked me up and even refunded the difference between what I was initially charged and what the new rate would cost.

I was pissed because with the lifetime I pay nothing. They kept trying o get me to sign up for extras. I foolishly did and miss one payment due to boy updating my debit card in their system. They never called. Just turned it off
