My opinion on the lawless rioters and looters is a "threat to public health" but you'll pardon/defend the behavior of these thugs?!?!?!??

LOL

The magnitude of your ignorance and prejudice is astounding.

If people knew this about him, they could just go to his house and steal all his stuff because he apparently won't fight back. He would probably help you carry it out if you said you wouldn't hurt him.

Later he would be mad and smash someone else's stuff as justification.

So, what are the updates on the riots? Are they still destroying businesses and other private and public property?

Sure do and they are just as poor as black people, the difference is they work for the little money they have so they know the value of a dollar and respect others. I agree and that being said let's start calling them what they are which is Hispanic unless we actually know their country of origin. Calling all Hispanics "Mexican" is bigoted.

Not calling you out 480 because I don't know what terms you use to describe Hispanics.

How so? It may be stupid but it's not bigoted , unless you have a negative idea of all Mexicans but not other Hispanics

I do not but I do know that if you use the term in front of any Hispanic that is not Mexican it offends them. They are generally proud of where they are from.

If a European kept calling me Canadian I would get a little irritated too. I would correct them with no offense at first, but if the douchebags kept calling me Canadian and not American eventually I would have to regulate

Try calling a Cuban a Mexican and see how that goes over.

I think Canadians probably encounter this problem WAY more than Americans do overseas. Just sayin'.

Actually, it's the exact opposite. Canadians travel more than Americans and many Americans choose to claim to be Canadian to avoid the stigma that comes with being an American -- and the fact that everyone wants to have a graduate level discussion of geopolitics once they discover you're American.

Yep. Scruffy definitely claimed to be a Canadian at times when he was in Europe.

I was and still am shocked at few Americans have passports. Last I checked it was like 30% percent. Thats mind blowing to the rest of the western world. Not terribly surprising though, when you consider that most people in Europe have month+ holidays (paid) and have the time to travel. Most people in the US are lucky to have 2 weeks. Much harder to go anywhere far away in such short time frames.

That's pretty stupid. I was over seas last year for the 4th of July. I got trashed and celebrated. Not one person ever made a negative remark about me being an American. They only talked about how they wish they could travel over here.

Baltimore PD receiving credible ambush threats

quote:

The Baltimore Police Department on Monday reported receiving a "credible threat" that several gangs were planning to try to "take out" law enforcement officers, the same day of a funeral for a city man who died in police custody.

The department urged officers to take steps to ensure their safety.

Well also geographically it makes sense, they would need a passport to travel to Texas or Florida because those distances would be different countries there. We dont need a passport to go to the beach or go skiing
