Anybody else here sweat a lot ?

My whole life Ive always sweated a shite ton. Im not in bad shape, I think it may just be genetic. Ill sweat my balls off in any place that isn't air-conditioned. Anybody got any solutions ?

I was told its related to sugar intake. I sweat my arse off. I like sugar. Go figure.

Your doctor can prescribe you a medication called Glycopyrolate. It works. You'll still sweat when it's hot or you're doing strenuous activity, but much less when you're in an office or home.
It may give you a little dry mouth, which you can address with Biotene Toothpaste and/or mouthwash

Get checked for hyperhidrosis. It only affects a small percentage of the population. If it's not related to a medical condition, lose weight, cut out salt, possibly change your diet.

I sweat a bunch but all in my family does. I use Secret Clinical deodorant and it certainly helps my pitting out. But I like to sweat anyway. It's good for you.

I barely sweat at all in most circumstances where I am not doing any sort of activity, but the second I tee off or change a tire or anything with some sort of exertion in the heat, it pours out of me.
