My wife's Grandfather recently passed and she found this watch he had. I know nothing about Longines watches, does any here? I think this watch is from either the 50's or 60's.

First season was great, but by season 3 they were phoning it in and the "experts" were hardly even qualified.

I watch experts sometimes. I find their videos with Google.

looks like it needs to be cleaned up a bit along with a crystal.
not sure about worth.
y'all prolly got some experts in NOLA who can get u right.
you could always email them a few pix and get an opinion....go from there.

I mean, I have to clean it, then it may sit on my shelf for years. I have to make a profit, I can do 50 bucks, best I can do

My expert opinion is that it's an old Longines, probably from the 50's or 60's.

The case may be platinum which I would scrap the frick out of it. It will be expensive to restore that watch.

Oh it beat to shite
I just know nothing about these watches. Im not looking to sell it, Im just curious. He was a very interesting character. He was Judge Perez's personal chef and friend. He cooked for 5 US Presidents, used to go to Cuba a lot and became a father at the age of 63.
