NOPD scanner went dark 4 days ago. It's unavailable on broadcastify and other scanner sites so I'm guessing they finally encrypted

The district channels are definitely not encrypted. They've split up the 1st and 8th district channels (moved 8 to channel 8) for Essence Fest, but that's about it.
