Simple Roper or Estate with click knobs. Inexpensive and will last much longer then the fancy ones.

Search for washer & dryer threads where Napoleon comments.

I dont personally like samsung for appliances

but they have had a recall in 2016 on most of their machines

Uh.. why?

If Speedqueen puts an agitator in a washing machine, it can't be a bad thing.

Jcpenney has a set of Samsung front loads, both steam washer and steak dryer for 599.99 each if you select white as the color.

Don't. Everyone I know who has had one has had problems. My brother had a top load HE one and more than once the drain line broke and flooded the entire laundry room. They replaced with a cheap no frills washer and it has been great.

I hope that you don't get dirty because I haven't seen a washer without an agitator that can do the job.

This!

Buy a Kenmore or Maytag traditional washer and dryer. Screw all that high tech crap for washing and drying clothes.

I bought a Samsung set this year, think there were 1300ish for the set. Pretty happy about the look and efficiency. No real complaints, though I can't speak for reliability yet though.

I opted to get the steam wrinkle away crap on the dryer, pretty decent option if you dont like ironing.

For the washer I got a top loader, a seal on the door of a front loader is just another something waiting to breakdown over time.

My Maytag is finally starting to give me issues.

I have had it almost 27 years with ZERO repairs or issues.

I know what I am buying next.
