I just did this and the I have a great recommendation
Ozuna Painting out of denham. They are amazing and price was very reasonable. They are also willing to negotiate. Mexican family that does great professional work.
I can email you before and after photos if interested, they did all new hardi plank siding, refinished all stucco, sealed and primed everything. These guys went above and beyond

I used Sammy Doherty with Home365 and he did great work. Not sure how far out they go.
