Any OT Lifters get Headaches while Lifting?

Recent problem I'm having, curious if this has affected anyone else who lifts and posts here. After doing a little research, it seems my symptoms are fairly common. Headache starts at the back of my head near the top of my neck in the middle of a set. Pain spreads from there and is pretty intense, but it goes away a few minutes after I stop. Basically an exertion headache.
I just took a week off and have lifted light the last few days without issue, but I'll try to squat heavy again tomorrow which will be the real test. Anyone on here experience these? How long did it last? Did you do anything specific to treat it?

Make sure you're breathing correctly. Every exercise has a specific way to breathe in and out depending on the up/down or lift/pull. Not breathing right will not get the amount of oxygen you need to the brain thus can contribute to a headache.

Got these when I was training to join the fire department. Happened for a few weeks and then went away. Even did the full run up of seeing a neurologist and having an MRI and everything came back normal.

I would think this is the answer. And hydrate.

Breathe correctly. Hydrate. Do less weight before you kill yourself.

I'll get them if I haven't eaten many carbs in a few days. Also found that if I stick to sets of 10 or less I don't get them. Only when I do sets of 15-20 do I get these. Last time it was very intense, stabbing feeling.

Weightlifting AIDS.
I'd eat some coconut oil regularly, it cured Earvin Johnson's.

If you are still getting them I would take a break for awhile. Likely you ruptured a blood vessel I your head and it needs to heal. That is my non medical opinion as I have experienced it before and only rest heals it
