Are you talking about the Daniel Plan but ashamed to admit you're a Christian on the OT?

never heard of this... is there a health reason for doing it this way? Do you follow the normal 21 day schedule or extend it?

No... frick Rick Warren's conniving, money hungry, charlatan arse.

The "Daniel Fast" has been around for years and years, it follows Daniel's diet in the bible, and normally done for 3-4 weeks. Rick Warren has devised his own scheme to monetize it for his own personal gain.

I would not be ashamed to admit I'm a Christian on the OT, what kind of Christian would I be? Alas, I am not, but my Mom is and I've done it for years with her and her Church. It's a great way to start off the year and makes you feel good.

I extend it. Instead of doing 21 days straight I might do 1-2 days on the weekend and stretch it out for 10-20 weeks
