Found a pair I like but wanted to see how they hold up for those of you who wear them. This will be a daily boot and I'm coming from some Ariats that lasted me 6 years or so.

Just bought my first pair. They are not my daily steeltoe but they seem to be wearing well

I have a pair. Wear my cheaper Justin's motels HH are coming apart at the bottom seam. Only wore them inside going out. My Justin's are my academy special woods weekend boots. Love them.

This is the pair I'm looking at. I walk a decent amount at work, so comfort and durability is my concern.

Eta: and it's impossible to find decent looking round toe boots these days. I'm gonna just have to cave in and buy square toes

HH are fine for what you get.

Also round toe >>>> square toe

I'm on pair number 2. Love my double h. Wear them everyday for work and they hold up better than any of the others I've owned.

I agree, but square toe is growing on me as long as they aren't the WIDE square toe. Also don't like big riding heels.

Never heard of them. Are they work boots or casual boots?

They make work and western. I have some designated steel toes for job walks, so these will just be an everyday casual boot.

Well that surely escalated quick.

Imagine that, 2 guys from Texas talking about dudes, dicks and dildos.

At least we know where y'all fall under the whole steers and queers thing.

I'm looking for a new pair of work boots to wear when I go into the field. Are they pretty comfortable and sturdy boots?

This will be my first pair of double-H. I have some Ariat workboots that I like a lot.

About to pick up my second pair of Justin 4491 (round toe). Good boots and very comfortable. Only $150. First pair got wet two weeks ago, I didn't let them dry out, and they rotted. Lasted 2 years of damn near everyday, hard use. Been wearing logging boots for the past week

4491 is the composite toe version of the steel toed 4441. There honestly isn't a noticeable difference in weight

No shite. Last two pair I bought were lucchese's because no one else makes or carries any decent round toes. I thought this fad would be dead by now but it's still going strong.
