Any hot tub mechanics in the house?

I replaced the heater on mine two years ago. they sure don't give you much room to move. sucked.

The instant the contact for the heater kicks in the GFCI trips. Flow switch is working properly and heater ohm's out ok.

It's an older model, but newly installed at my house.

sounds like you may have too small of a breaker, too small of wire, or too long of a distance between sub box and main box. Could also be wired in box wrong.
