I'm 37 and the biggest thing I've learned over the last couple of years is stay fit, keep yourself groomed and clean, smell nice, and dress very professional and nice in clothes that fit you right (nothing over the top, douchey, and nothing too conservative). These things alone will pull enough chicks from all age ranges.
When in doubt watch the movie Crazy, Stupid, Love. Dress like Ryan Gosling, but just act normal and easy going.

I'm not going to rag on you bc it would be too easy to do so.
It depends on what type of women you go for. I'm only 26 and dress like an "old man". Can't go wrong with khakis and a polo. If you want the prop stop types try to dress young. But we will all laugh at you in public.
